By the 'best' place I mean where-ever will ship it out the quickest.

I'm in the UK but Game,Amazon etc don't give a delivery estimate.

Like with any pre-order, it's pot luck.

Sometimes you get things delivered a day early, and sometimes they're a few days late.

Play.com are usually quite good.
