first you will need
modio
a tranfer cable
xport/xsata
hard drive

first extract your profile to your desktop
next run modio and goto tools>profile tools>account tool

next press load profile. then extract from profile and save to your desktop as your gamertag

next load your account you saved a moment ago and hit decrypt account

from here, you can do many things, however for now i will concentrate on password.
you can change your password from here to anything, this is useful if you have forgotten your password and would like to change/recover it

after all the changes you do, hit save account. then encrypt account.
then hit inject into profile and choose the one you extracted from your hard drive.

now, rehash/resign your profile, and inject back into your hard drive.

Can you do this with accounts that have been recovered on another console and had the password changed?

yupp you can people tried to steal my accounts and it worked getting them back

also i tested a while back its works perfect

but then you could just sign into msn, and change it that way... instead of doing it that way.. easier the msn way lol, does the same thing... anyway nice find
