This answer is NO, you will absolutely have to buy stuff espicially if your a console user, And if you are a console user, you will need one of 2 types of Capture cards, Internal capture card is 1 of the type of capture card that you will need. They are most likely been sold to ebay, but I recommend you guys buying dazzle at retail store, same thing with easy cap but you can get it at ebay for alot more cheaper prices. Note that External cap card have free video editing progs but their more crappy. I recommend using Sony vegas 7 or 8 and premiere pro cs3 or cs4 and when your done editing the video MAKE SURE YOU SAVE IT AS MPEG-4 for better or best quality.
