I heard a rumour that if you get reported a certain number of times, apparently they let you change your GT.
Sounds like rubish to me, but thought I'd just tell ya.....

No there is no way apart from buying or earning them. Microsoft wouldn't allow any flaws with this. It brings in to money.

There is a tutorial in the Xbox 360 Exploits and Hacks sextion by Om3ga Sniper on how to change you GT for free if you have a transfer cable. Although there are some restrictions, like It has to have the same amount of letters as your last gamertag. =)
