It got up and online right this moment, and it works just fine.
I myself have been one of these that had to wait for a fix to get the trophy, and I got mine now asap when I went into single player.



We are aware of reports that some players are unable to attain 100% game completion on Title Update 1.04 because of incorrect Areas Discovered stats. This issue may also include bounty locations tracking to the wrong regions, preventing 100% completion of the game.

I make platinum in RDR, without using a hakc/glitch, it's not hard but little time absorbing. But trophies from DLC is hardest and making 100% with all DLC is very hard, so hacks is welcome
