the way to get masks is by going into the facial features page. then change the color of your skin. add xX7zerorider7Xx if you want me to talk you thru it

Go on face options, then they should be face masks or something like tht

ALOT of these are put into it so people will find them easter eggs, But for the question about the people with different stuff that u dont get, its thier country gets different apparel, and if u want that stuff, there is a way to "unlock" all the avatar clothing, using modio actually, pm me if u want furthur details, i thought there was a thread on here talking bout it..... even tho just youtube "Avatar unlock" or something similiar it will show u. hope i helped!
