The answer is most likely no. The reason for that is mainly because PS3 did not want to contribute and also Sony was having problems getting it to work on the Ps3. The same problem happened when trying to get GTA4 on ps3. It's because the PS3 gaming is in a better quality and in order to change the gaming quality Playstation has to put in a lot of work.

It is, August 20th 2009. The exclusivity deal that rockstar made with microsoft is only valid for 6 months and I doubt Sony will let something like TLAD slide.
