Hey I got banned for a day for having Apple R@pe Sauce in my motto.....after I had it like that for 7 months they decide to ban me for it.
MS takes a lot of things WAY to seriously, just like when a REAL homosexual expressed his self as in to let everyone know he was gay in his bio and they banned him for life.

They obviously don't check the gamer tags. If it receives a certain amount of file complaints you are ordered to change the gamertag. It's stupid man.
