What are some advantages and disadvantages of getting an Xbox.

Also what games do you guys think I should get?

I already know I'm getting Black Ops, Halo's, Gears of War 1 and 2. What are some other good ones?

That's the stuff most people dont talk about. You know the rest of the stuff. I recommend Geometry Wars, Super Meat Boy, and of course, Halo

I've been playing PS3 for the longest time. I go back to COD3 on that thing and it was fun playing all the COD series.

When I made my switch to Xbox, The game was different, way smoother, my shots were registering, everything seemed fluid, unlike the PS3. I assure you made the right decision, competitive gaming on the PS3 was a challenge, but on Xbox it is more balanced and as time went on, I got to appreciate the neat features that XBL has to offer unlike PSN's poor service.

I had a PS3 since release and it finally got YLOD this summer so I switched to Xbox. That white box is by far the best videogame system I have ever owned. Xbox Live takes fat dumps on PSN. Party chat, private chat, joining sessions is smoother, exclusive DLC, early DLC, the list goes on and on. Paying the subscription fee for Xbox Live is COMPLETELY worth it. And as far as the system itself, my PS3 would always freeze up, lag, etc. My Xbox, no problems. I've had it since July and it has froze up on my twice. And the gaming on Xbox flows so much smoother than PS3. No doubt. Especially in online FPS games. So overall, getting an Xbox is gonna make you one happy camper.

yes but it costs 800 ms points, plus, why change it? i mean dont you want to build up your acc?
