What are some advantages and disadvantages of getting an Xbox.

Also what games do you guys think I should get?

I already know I'm getting Black Ops, Halo's, Gears of War 1 and 2. What are some other good ones?

Benifits of Xbox are no lag, Earlier map packs, bigger community,
Good games are all the ones you listed plus maybe Nba2k11 if you like sports.
I also like how on xbox if you join a new clan you can change your name instead of a new account.

Get fallout thats a good game

Oblivion and Halo series! :dance:

If I'm not mistaken, Oblivion is on PS3, can't say for sure. Still xBox has many advantages. Online experience is much smoother than PSN. Only downside is the ~$30 a year. But really, is that going to break the bank or is it really a bad cost for the exclusives you get.

Private and Party Chat is a win on the xbox.
Red Dead Redemption's another ace game. Recommend you play that if you ain't already.
