Thx, if you can help, I just wanna get to the new maps

Update: I now got through.. says I have them on my account, but when i look it shows no ms points.. and I cant download map pack.. are they fixing this?

But try it again, because this happened to me earlier and I just entered my code and now I'm downloading them.

Yeah same thing here. I went to the "Live" website and they have a notice about the problem stating that they are aware and attempting to fix.

No I just added them and they were there, If they have disappeared I would contact Microsoft about that.

Ive been trying all day and still havent been able to add the points! I bought a 1600 points card from Gamestop and I tried it but had a error msg like it encountered a problem and try again later, so I waited a couple hours and tried it again then it said my card wasnt activated and I watched the girl at the store swipe it through the machine and activate it. For the hell of it I went back to Gamestop and told them what happened and asked to make sure it was activated and they swiped it again and showed me that it was fine and it was activated to begin with. I was pissed, so I decided to call the Xbox customer service 1-800 number and waited and waited and waited... and waited a little more and finally talked to a lady and explained my issue. She told me there is nothing she could do and call back in 24 hours. She said my card should be fine in 24 hours, and I'll be able to add points then. WTF kind of crap is that??? All I want is a NEW zombie map!!!

I went to XBOX.COM last night at about 1:30am and noticed that the XBOX Live error was gone then tried to redeem my 1600 points card and it worked! I then downloaded the new maps with no problem, just figured I'd let yall know. Oh yeah another thing the new zombie map is kick a$$!

My points said they added to my account, and when I checked they werent there, now I think this is straight up bullshit and I want my ms points back.. now when I put the card it it says it is not valid..

So will they give me my points anytime soon?
