Ok so what you basically do is both you and who ever you want too play with Start up GTA from a Back Up and you must have the patch deleted once thats done and your on the game just go too multiplayer and start a game its that simple but you can only play with someone if there running off the back up too. So in a way its kinda like bypassing the patch like in Cod4 but either way at least you can play with your friends and only the host has too have the mods for the mods too work.

do they have to run from a backup or can my friend just bypass the patch with patch blocker and play from the disc?
