Actually there are 3 developers, IW is on the singleplayer side with Sledgehammer games, and multiplayer is IW and Raven Studios.

Dont get too excited for the next Call of Duty, It might be so shit like MW2 but hopefully it would be balanced like CoD4 and WaW. But It seems Call of Duty is getting worst by the years. But I just hope it be really well balanced like CoD4 and make the game more realistic.
