Ok so here it is;

My house, it is a show house in Australia, we rent. Anyway the way the house is wired, it is set to an alarm system that way no one can burgal the house. But we werent able to create an internet access, but we got our friends over to fiddle around with it and re-direct things etc to give us the access, now i have ADSL 1 and my Parents believe that is the Connection problem but i dont believe it is as my friend lives next door, same Provider and he is on 4 Bars a game. So i honestly believe that the burgaly alarm is the problem. Why is this the problem? How can i fix it? Or can it be fixed?
