The problem is: How do i do so people can hear me and i can hear them?! Btw, it aint working with the original headset either..

Have u actually done everything the instructions have told u? Bcoz u need everything to ur headset not to ur tv xD and there is an on switch on the wee bit that can clip on is that on? And have u adjusted the settings properly on it?

Yes, everything is to the headset..

But I think its something wrong with my controller..

Use a different controller i had this prob So i changed controller and it was working
