me and my friend have the same game ( alien breed 3 ) he got 200G on the game now is possible i copy he game save and put on my xbox and learn all archivements ?

I don't think so but you can just hack all of your gamerscore so you have 100% on every game but they will find out that you did that and will reset it and label you as a cheater ..... But if you want to do it here is a tutorial
