Things included in the box:

• IR-Blaster (for the remote)
  
• Installation CD
  
• Power Cable
  
• USB Firewire
  
• (1) Component Cable
  

Things that need to be bought:

• (1) Component cable
  

So basically, you are going to need 2 component cables. The HDPVR comes with 1, but you also need another 1 for your HDPVR.
