(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i was thinking about buying an 360 slim but is a 4gb good enough or do you actually need the 250gb i was going to buy it with kinect the bundle is only 299. I do own 2 PS3s one is a 80gb and the other 250gb. I need some advice or should i wait? will next year be the release of the third generation X Box and Playstation?

reasons for buying it are tired of hearing the true competition is only on X BOX and also the lag on the cod games for PS3 is horrible and unfair

i would go for the 360 slim 250 gb, the reason is because u dont actually get 4g on the other one u normally get 3.6 or something and it isnt worth it. so i would go for 250 without the kinect bundle, reson without kinect bundle because you will play it for 2 days straight and then get bored of it, so get it in september wen forza 4 comes out

I can always buy it a harddrive

You can play with the 4GB but you want be able to install games,
The benefits of installing games are:
Faster Loading times
Less usage of Fans
Less noise
Disc doesn't spin so if you knock xbox over or move it it wont **** up the game.

So i would work out what is cheaper buying the 4GB the upgrade to a 250GB or just buying 250GB in the first place.

In the UK the price difference is £37
And you can buy a 250GB hardrive off ebay for £35.99 so i would go for buying the 4GB and upgrading the hardrive to 250GB

also the next xbox and ps wont be out for atleast 4 years

Thanks i bought the 360 slim 4gb and the kinect i will buy a hard drive next week for only 55$ US

where did you find a 55$ hard drive when i got my xbox the ppl there said i had a slight chnace i would run out of memory that night playing online. so i got the 250 one because it was only 100 more and the hard drive i saw was 139 and that would add up to more than the 250 gb

On eBay so I saved 80$

lol im wondering the same thing. But i cant buy a HDD as it cost too much but my mum wants connect but ill probably install games.

I bought the 4gb for $200 and bought a 250gb HDD for $68 on ebay...cheapest way
I just checked....250gb HDD are about $50-$60 now.

Go on ebay....250gb HDD is cheap compared than buying it from MS
