Could anybody help me out.

So you're saying you haven't explained it to Microsoft. Pick up the phone and call them. They will ask for your gamertag and they can see if any points have recently been added to it or not. They can also see which account the redeem card was used on and if the Ip addresses of where you tag is used and where the other has been used are different you stand a significantly higher chance if succeeding.

Always try microsoft first, most the time they will.help you out. I'm the only one they haven't helped out.

yeah just call microsoft my only guess as to why is a code generator might have taken it. just call them and there pretty helpfull most the time
