(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I know there's probably a million threads out here about it, and i've read a lot of them. I just want to know. PS3 is great but when i go to peoples houses and play Xbox I enjoy it a lot, and I do really good. I've been wanting one, only to hack it and play the shit ton of hacked games. But now I kind of want one for the LIVE and hardcore gaming with a couple people (whom are huge nerds) Just wondering on your opinions. Oh, and which should I get if I do get this one (limited budget, for live and games as well)

It's a great console, it just becomes a bit pricy. I've had one for almost 3 years, and although I don't play it anymore, it's become a more than memorable experience. I didn't stop playing it because it's boring, btw, I just don't have the time. xD

Playing legitimately > playing it "hacked", it's more rewarding. Just remember that. Winky Winky

Error… Cat invasion!
At first I loved my PS3, but all my friends had a 360. I wanted to play with them, so I saved and got one. It has been a lot more fun with friends and having a better online experience.
The bad thing is that I have had it for a year, and it has already been sent to Microsoft twice. It needs to be sent in again, but my warranty just expired and Microsoft wants $100 to fix it. I've had the PS3 since it came out(one of the first shipped to the US) and it has never had a problem.

So just know if you get one, you might be oaying for constant repairs. I barely know anyone who hasn't had a problem with their 360.

I would probably go for the 250GB model. It is way too much memory, but 4GB just isn't enough. Maybe try and buy a used Pro, if you want to save money.
