tutorial totally by me

1. make a new xbox live account account
2. after created go to
my xbox ----> system settings -----> Console Settings ----> Language and Locale ----> locale ----> united states
3. once done your dashboard should reset or your account will be signed out thats okay your doing it right.
4. have one controller signed into your main xbox live account and the second controller signed into the new account you created
5. now on your new account go to my community
6. you should see xbox live labs hit A and download it
7. once downloaded load it up
8. once loaded go to your dashboard and turn you console off
9. turn it back on and log into your main account
10. press the xbox button on your controller and go to quick launch
you should now see xbox live labs on your main account load it up and enjoy

what exactly is xbox live labs?

it tests your internet connection to give you better game quility
and at the end you get xbox live rewards for free and some achivements
