id called basic knowledge idiot.
It's like you stealing my account and i call Microsoft and match every detail of my account and get it back also thats why you should always have an E-mail for your accounts a lot of people just make them up and get stuck with no help.

no no i know you can get it back but like say i stole your account and i get banned for stealing your account how do they know it was me? i can say i got the info from the internet lol

And who said this was a fight. more of a lesson how many people get scam for they account daily.
and i can just recover the account and they can ban who ever last logged in with it if they feel like it so it doesn't really matter.
if its reported *stolen* then there's gonna be consequences.

Yes you can get banned, and depending on what you do with the stolen account the authorities can be involved. Microsoft keeps a record of every Xbox an account has logged into on. If the person that got there account stolen gives Microsoft a ring, they would first lock the account so no one would use it and then they would open up a investigation, it usually takes ~2 weeks, and if the person which stole the account is found guilty, they get console banned, and get any accounts assigned with that Xbox banned. My friend got his account stolen and this is what they basically did.
