It is a known problem, from what I can tell it's been around for a while but BioWare just won't sort it, I doubt there's much that xbox support could do to help, seeing as how you already have the dlc data from the disk on your xbox...

oommmmmmmmgggggggg are you serious?,well thank god,i will call customer support tomorrow to see about getting a refund,or trade in my platinum and buy the game off of xbox live or something,thank you very much for the help

well i could delete it and buy it too,its only 80 points,thats like a $1 or something lol,do you think if i delete the bring down the sky dlc then re download the pinaccle station without having the other maybe that would work?

Have a read of that, but from what I can tell, you actually need to have the dlc on your xbox, rather than the disc, so maybe if you download the game to your dashboard (as is often done with halo and call of duty) it will allow you then, try that...

If that doesn't work I'm not sure what will.. but deleting will not as i made a mistake in saying it is on your xbox earlier whereas it is actually on the disk.

the extras came on a seperate disc than the game,i have the game installed on my xbox but not the extras disc,im gonna try it it can't hurt

maybe that is why bring down the sky is only a dollar,that way people could download it and its easier than making a patch for a 3 year old game.
