Okay, Well I'd presume that it wouldn't be anything to do with MW2, as usually people who hack mw2, have their account reset (If anything!), and when you're banned from xbox live, it tells you straight away. Try re-downloading and if that doesn't work tell me any of the error messages or such you get...

im not banned i know,i've already downloaded it 6 times or more,i ask xbox customer support and i tried everything he says none of it helped,and i don't get any error messages,its there on my harddrive and its not corrupted or anything,i think there is something wrong with the download from xbox live

Have you got the Bring Down The Sky DLC?
If so, delete it and reinstall, then try Pinnacle again...

i have bring down the sky,i got the platinum edition mass effect that came with the bonus stuff,so its on the disc with the game and i already tried it

i was just worried cause i want to get DLC for mass effect 2 but i think its just the download that is messed up and not my profile,i downloaded other stuff and it works so it must be the download

Ahh right, I've just checked something out that says basically, if you have the plat. edition with dlc for mass effect, there is an issue with pinnacle station that Bioware just aren't sorting,
yeah other DLC will be fine!
