Bears can be found the north of the map in a place called tall trees you can only get there by playing the story mode until then you cant access there. if you can get to tall trees go near the aurora basin were you will find plenty of bears, wolves, beavers, bighorn sheep and if you head towards the south of tall trees after killing few of the above animals you will find elk's there killem and skin em and go all the way to a city in mexico called escalera and go sell everything you got in the general store there and you will get shit load of money depending on the qty you have.
