Sick of eastern Europeans and Africans ruining your zombie experience? well maybe CAPCOM can redeem themselves by giving us what we really want from a zombie game.......Zombies! lol

We can expect online 4 player COOP action to be its main attraction in this shooter, much like L4D & Deadspace 2.Dancing

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is an upcoming 2011 third-person shooter video game for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows, co-developed by Slant Six Games and Capcom, and currently scheduled for a release in late 2011.

PLOT
The game takes place during the events of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, and is set in Raccoon City, whose residents have been turned into zombies after an outbreak of the T-virus, a biological weapon illegally developed by the pharmaceutical company Umbrella. The story is a reinterpretation of the events depicted in the original games, changing certain occurrences in the series. Players will take the role of either an officer of the Umbrella Security Service (USS), or a member of a United States Special Operations task-force. Both have vastly different objectives: Members of the USS are tasked with destroying evidence of Umbrella's illegal activities, including killing survivors of the outbreak, while the Special Operations team has to expose the actions of the company. Operation Raccoon City will allow the player to make decisions that could have major repercussions on the series' storyline, such as causing the death of Resident Evil 2 protagonist Leon S. Kennedy.

GAMEPLAY
There are four playable characters in the game, Vector, Spectre, Beltway, and Bertha. Each have their own unique abilities. For instance, Vector is equipped with a cloaking ability. Alongside the single-player mode, the game will also offer four-player co-operative gameplay, which pits the USS against the US Special Operations task-force.

The first few actually were worthwhile, had puzzles and hard bits and focused more on the puzzles, storyline and characters whereas todays Resident Evils just focus on being modern (with new characters and new technology) and focus on different monsters.

They should keep it like it was with zombies and the odd dodgy boss e.g Nemesis.

I agree with the puzzles ect, but............... did you really not see all the "Zombies" in the trailer???

basically you are elite members of "Umbrella Security Service (USS)" hired too hunt and kill the last of the survivors (leon claire ect.)
or you can play as United States Special Operations task-force each with there own goals.:420:

hmm sounds good and yeh see what you mean with the zombies but i think they should have kept to the old resident evils (carry on from the first few) and also i think they should completely remake them all. With new graphics, and a lot more. Happy
