Its a device called XCM Cross Fire. It allows you to use the ps3 controller on the xbox 360. Im glad i found this cuss i dont like the shape of the xbox 360 controller, so im thinking about buying this product. Heres a vid of it.

haha yeaa so did i.

Yea this is awesome but the only problem with this is that you cant switch the L1 and R1 for shooting and aiming, you have to use L2 and R2, at least for CoD anyways. I personally hate using L2 and R2 to shoot and aim, it feels really awkward. So you better adjust or already enjoy that layout or its gonna feel really weird for CoD.
