Today Microsoft have started banning Xbox 360 consoles of people with:



> Flashed Xbox

> Gamer score

> Modded avatars

> Infections on COD4 (im boned)

> Infections On World at war (im boned)

> Infections on MW2 (im boned)


Anything which breaches the Xbox 360s code of conduct is eligible for a ban. If your console has been flagged for any of the above or any similar activities, youll be banned in all possibility during this ban wave.

Also Microsoft can read messages youve sent so dont go around sending messages saying Hosting MW2 Challenge Lobby for 1200 MSP or PayPal or whatever. And dont ask for anyones account email or password in a email as they ban consoles for doing that aswell.


I'm definitely full applicable for this ban wave as I'm sure many of you are. Hopefully the ban wave will not get everyone but only a few people, otherwise there are going to be a lot of mad people complaining everywhere. Here's some proof of the ban, it's interesting to see that it looks like they banned your regular legit gamer who just happened to get in a modded lobby by accident, maybe they are getting a little too aggressive.










Just thinking of the amount of messages I've seen saying, "10th Lobby 1600 MSP infections/10th and all titles and emblems" it looks like quite a few disappointed kids are going to get a ban just from that on its own. Not to mention the amount of gamer score modding that occurred. Also one thing that perhaps Microsoft are going to have to be weary of is banning people that have accidentally ended up in a challenge lobby. I'm sure there going to get their fair share of complaints.

That's like everyone with the infections. If you didn't host how do they know you didn't accidentally join a lobby because everyone hosts them.

from what ive heard its only people who intentionaly joined them via invite or sending messages
