Once you get the EXP and intuition point, finish the interrogation then press start and restart case. You will be brought up to the beginning of the crime scene again, but when you interview her this time, you will still have the original EXP and intuition you got from her before, plus the new EXP and intuition point.

You can do it with any case, it's just that "Buyer Beware" is one of the fastest and easiest cases to do this glitch with.
