If you have black ops for xbox 360, play zombies for 2 hours before you play MP.

Just play like normal. That's all I can suggest, it's like getting used to a new keyboard. In time you just get used to it and learn to appreciate it Smile

It will take a bit of time to get used to the controller, especially if you have a PS3. The Xbox controller seems to cramp my hands, just because I'm so used to the PS3 controller.

Learn to get used to it by playing combat training or zombies for awhile. I suggest using a lower sensitivity as well.

What are you on about? Xbox LIVE allows for 8 people cross-game chat. Video, voice and text chat with people on Messenger, and all Xbox 360-bundles ships with a microphone.
PlayStation does not feature any cross-game chat at all (except text messages), and you have to buy a microphone separately.

Xbox LIVE has Messenger, Facebook and Twitter integrated to the dashboard, and Microsoft just announced at E3 that YouTube will also be part of the new upcoming dashboard. And now that Microsoft is the new owner of Skype, I can't wait to see what awesome features they will bring to the Xbox 360!

To the OP: Welcome to Xbox Smile
As other people already stated, to get used to it you should just play a lot, and it'll come naturally. Smile
