(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So here is my problem I have an xbox 360 and when I try to say like settings like in fallout new vegas or after winning a game in halo wars it say active profile is unavailable and wont save the settings. One time I played Halo 3 and when I loaded a campaign it saided profile data couldn't be read. I check the profiles but they weren't corrupted. Any thing I could do to fix this?

Yeah I did someone said he cleared his system cache and I did that but it didn't work.

or recover your profile

I have had this same problem. I formated my hard drive and recoverd my account and now it works fine.

Try logging out of Xbox live then out of your account then log back into it
it would be like a re-booth for a computer worked for me on my ps3 a few
time haven't tried it on xbox though hope this helped.

But the profile doesnt say its corrupted

My profile is offline and I used the Con uncorrupter and said there was like and error it said,"No keyvault. Put the kv.bin in the same folder then switch Resigners so I tried con flag remover had no errors trying to use it then put profile on xbox 360 and still have the same problem.

The easiest thing to do now is to just call xbox support. I hate doing it but it usually works.
