As far as I know ( I've done some research and asked the same question a few times on different boards including the offical board) the answer is no. You can't download music onto the Xbox from your Ipod or computer but you can stream it buy plugging your ipod into one of the 360's usb slots or by connecting your pc to your 360 though the setup. Be careful though, don't have your Ipod hooked up to your Xbox if you think the power might go out, it will wipe your Ipod.
