Uhhm I have 1 profile but thats it I also have another windows one but thats only for online gaming could that be it?

you have a child lock on your acc i think this happens when you make your age under 18 meaning xbox makes you link it to an adult acc so find the adult acc and unlink your profile or try changing your age on live.com
