this means that u can just buy content from xbox live in certain countries, and my problem is that im from luxembourg but my console and account are FRENCH.

If somebody does it you will need a vpn to downloand them.So you would better buy a vpn and buy them you're self.I recommand that you buy from purevpn(not andretising intended) and then you will set it up on you're Pc you must have a laptop and wirelles router for this to work.If you do have a router and a laptop and the money to buy the vpn I'll help you with all the shit you have to do :y:
