Look at the picture. Amazing movie, and amazing quality. Imagine if your system supported these kinds of graphics? Even better, right?

The supplier of the Xbox's graphics hardware (AMD) said that the Xbox 360's successor will have the visual and detail that is seen in the movie AVATAR. Although the company didn't say anything about starting to work on the console, they did say that gamers have a lot to be excited about.

Beyond that, they say that the AI and physics of the next console will be so advanced, that every person in open world games such as GTA and Saints Row, will have their own personalities, and their own face! So no "twins" on the street anymore.

Of course, they could be exaggerating this whole thing. The PlayStation 2 before it was luanched was said to have the graphics of Toy Story 2, and it wasn't even close, although it was better than the original PlayStation.

Sounds awesome, just waiting to hear what the PS4 has to offer, and then I will decide what console to buy.

I doubt it will feature unique personalities for every person on the streets. Improved graphics is always nice though. Now if only we had a release date...

This Would Be Insane If They Could Pull It Off!

It wouldn't surprise me if this was true. Since the Xbox 360 came out what, 5/6 years ago, technology has changed a hell of a lot. The graphics can only get better. Look at the PC. New graphics cards are coming out nearly every month. And it wouldn't surprise me if they are behind on what potential it has. So say they may have a graphics card made now that will not been seen for 3 years, if you get me, that was they keep on getting money. As long as PC has better graphics than console, the companies will be happy. Then when a new console comes out, PC companies have to update their stuff so people buy them.

Would be cool about the no twins. The countless game where there are a bunch of people all looking the same is unbelievable.

Yeah, I don't believe this at all, perhaps the cut scenes will, but not the game play.

yea maybe for the cut scenes but there is no way they could sustain that good of graphics during playing the game

This cant be true... But i really hope it is!

Wow, if this really happens, then I can't wait. It's a shame though that I will be an adult when it comes out and I can't enjoy it like I would if I was a kid but it still will be awesome!

Pretty old news, but otherwise it's all rumors at this point. We've got a few years to go before this speculation can be proven in any way, shape, or form.
