where did you buy it from?? and you could try rining up the customer helpline and getting them to check when the code was redeemed

its a fake code it was a real code that already has been used it would say this has already been redeemed

i would call microsoft and tell them that you bought it and it doesnt work. they might give you a replacement code. and maybe something else for your troubles

Try calling microsoft if you CLEARLY looked at every single letter/number some Q's look like G's.
