Lets start with the clothing (Your probably going to need to be Elite or so, Sorry guys :/)

Head - Beret
Face - Balaclava - Breathing Mask - Tinted Or Tactical Goggles (Your Choice)
Chest - Assault Pants (I Used this as Default when I tried it out so, Experiment with it if ya want.)
Leggings - Assault Leggings (^)

Now for the Armor

Chest - Colossal Recon Vest
Shoulder - Anaconda Assault Shoulders
Arms - Anaconda Assault Arms
Leggings - Anaconda Assault Leggings

I also got the idea off the NOD Officer from the Commander And Conquer Renegade game so, Whether it looks like it or not It still neat I think, And you can use any Camo you wish, Feel free to Send me to a Friend Request on XBL or Steam if ya wanna. Also post some of your own Outfits if ya want to ^^
