Plus I need the hard drive space as i have only 10Gb left on my 120Gb. Plus i heard that the new Slims are quieter and a lot cooler.

Im just wondering as i have £130 and i can get £50 for my DSi from argos, plus then the ammount i can get for trading in my old xbox.

Na i got it cheap got it for the same price as a 4gb model so it wouldnt have mattered

Yeah that was the main problem with Xbox360 pro's. They get to hot and before you know it, they got the 3 flashing red lights. /facepalm

Ye thats why i want to get rid of my elite as it gets hot and dont want it to 3 red light then flog out £100 to fix it, when i can get £90 for it at CEX which is a trade in shop in the UK. And i got the 250gb slim for like £130 anyway

Worth it, Looks better way way way less chance of a $50.00 repair RROD and its not that expensive tbh only $199.99

My slim was actually really quiet but after RGH it, I found out it was going 70C and the fans wouldn't kicked in which is bad because this lowers the consoles life span, So I set it to 55C MAX and its still quiet while staying really cool. I know this doesn't have much to do but just a heads up

I have the same situation as you.... But i will probably just wait for the next new xbox to come out. Just delete a bunch of stuff on your HDD

Dont have £230 i got the 250GB for £130 so a extra 80GB aint worth £100 plus already got MW3
