error failed to download update

solution: restart system attempt it again it should download this time.



error can not connenct to xbox live AFTER update

solution: restart system, try to sign in wait for prompt to accept new terms of service
or you can go to the social tab and accept the terms of service there aswell. Also go to xbox.com and accept them there.

solution 2: restart your xbox and your rouder

Important!: stay off xbox for a few hours due to the update coming out, being on xbox will cause the servers to lag and it will sign you out occasionaly due to a lag spike.
