and something about terms and conditions i've obv been banned
for phishing xbox live accounts as i got like 30+ accounts everyday
i got banned from psn in March or May cant remember lol so i bought
an xbox now after so long i got banned so looks like gonna have
to buy another xbox 360 because in my opinion its better than the
ps3 ok if anyone wants to post how to get out of an console ban they can.

Was it an IP ban? If so just reset your IP.

You mean What is a Ip ban? a Ip Ban is a Ban on your Ip Address. Witch will make it so you cant come back even if you have a new account because they will block your IP

No, I'm not an idiot. I meant was it an IP ban. If it is then you can get out of it easily, most people's IP's these days are dynamic, so it will change itself.

it bands the consoles ip/console id....u cant change that

dude good luck finding a way to get out your ban seems kinds impossible
