You get them from games that enable them, but so far I don't think any games have enabled them

Nope, so far only Splosion Man.
I'm expecting Halo 3 ODST, MW2 And Left 4 Dead 2

does anyone know when these will start being introduced to retail games as so far they are releasing avatar clothes to marketplace but no awards (Mass Effect 2 despite new achieves in update)

I thought Splosion man didn't have them in yet? I thought they were adding them in a update, but yet, I don't have that game so I wouldn't be too sure :p



The unlocks are to do with the company that makes the games, not Microsoft. I would however, expect to see the unlocks in in most, if not all, the Microsoft published games Like Forza 3 and Halo etc. Don't quote me on that though.

sorry when i said mass effect update i meant the pinnacle station dlc which was released at the same time as they released the clothes on marketplace and i just figured why not add unlockables to the achievements they added if the clothes were going to be released at the same time anyway?
