Why was my account suspended?
(I do not mean “banned”, but suspended for credit card problems or similar…)
You’ll usually need to either update your existing credit card or provide a new credit card for payment. This will need to be done through Phone Support ( 1-800-4MY-XBOX ), and the agent can take down the information and restore the account.

Can I get support any other way except the phone ?
