(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I was trolling some random dude on MW3 saying that he violated the terms and conditions yadda yadda, do you think I will get banned from XBL for doing so? He said he filed a complaint on me, but it's only one guy. Are XBL support strict and look at ALL of the complaints, and it's not like he even has any proof. I said it through the mic.

Called support they said to talk to enforcement team and then the enforcement team ignored us so we just moved on. lol

Yes, it is a very well possibility to get banned for impersonation of Microsoft Staff because it is in violation of the You must login or register to view this content..

Code of Conduct Section B bullet 16: Don't impersonate, harass, or defame Microsoft employees, moderators, or staff members.

The XBLPET will monitor you for a few days most likely and then if they catch you doing it, then you will be banned. Take note that impersonating staff is an automatic PERMA ban.

I highly doubt you will get banned. As you said there is zero proof so I wouldnt worry too much Smile
