I was wondering if it was possible to use Cain and able to hack Xbox accounts? The reason is that someone on cod 4 today threatened that they got my ip address and were downloading my account to a USB to put in their Xbox and steal it. He actually used great detail and I am hoping he was lying because he said he was going to steal my account as soon as I sign out. Is any of that possible?

Yes. There are many who will tell you this in an effort just to scare and piss you off. They do it for the lolz, I think that is the correct term.
Immaturity plays a huge part, and seeing as it was from playing COD I am not surprised. Enjoy the game and if you see someone doing this, shoot them in the face, and ignore them.
