Step one:
To do this, it is required you create a Japanese email account at this website here: You must login or register to view this content. (Possibly translate the page on google chrome)
Note: When asked to enter ZIP code, click the link under and select random options, then select a random selection on the third part and you have a zip code entered then
Step two:
Go to your xbox, set your local to 'Japan' and your language to Japanese for this to work.
(Not sure if setting language is required, would be great is someone could verify)
(I am not 100% sure of how to do this)
You can also do this on the xbox.com website, just change this: You must login or register to view this content.
Accordingly.
Step Three:
Create an xbox live account, whilst your xbox local is Japan and language, japanese. (I think)
Once done so, go to the marketplace and proceed to do the next step.
Step Four:
Find a The Monster Hunter Frontier Game, start it up.
Press start, and you will see a 48 hour trial code there.
Step five:
Redeem the code then change all settings back to normal!

I know this method is a bit lengthy.
