You can go and signup at the You must login or register to view this content.. You will have to take a questionnaire once you sign-up, after you complete it you will know if you made it or not. For those who do get picked to be a beta tester for their new features you must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which in other words means you must agree to not say anything about what you see. Also, near the end of this testing you will be asked to complete a short survey. All beta tester will have the update on the beta release.
The features included in the update:
- Internet Explorer for Xbox
- Personalized dashboard recommendations
- Enhanced category search and discovery features
At the moment there is a problem that Xbox is experiencing so don't expect to be given further instruction just yet, but you will have access to the beta private forums. Here's what Xbox had to say about the problem, "We are currently investigating an issue that is preventing the Pre-Release Console Registration app from successfully running. As soon as this is resolved we'll post console registration instructions."
