Is anyone else part of the beta and what are your thoughts so far?

I have it, and I was hoping for a whole new dashboard so I was kind of let down. I like the ability to pin things & how they added a quickplay option in the party settings.

I really want them to add tabs on the browser, and have the ability to download pictures, music, etc.

I am apart of the Xbox LIVE Update Beta Testing Team. It's pretty cool and legit.

I was part of the beta since day 1, too, those are the things I want them to implement on the internet browser.

Yep, I do think they need to install some plug ins to where we can stream videos on YouTube etc and then take away the YouTube app.

That beta game they gave with it is pretty crazy, crappy graphics but the idea is pretty good, just need to be able to sell and trade weapons and armor.

Actually if you haven't noticed, some videos do work on the IE browser for youtube. Necessarily, the only thing its thats practically the only site that does work for videos. Usually I tend to not to care about these sort of things, but I love watching anime and since my xbox is in my room, and my ps3 is in the living room, my xbox would be the only thing that can probably allow me to watch animes online. I've only found a few sites that actually work depending on what type of video player the site is using, and right now its using Myspace Video Player; i'm referring to PinoyAnime.tv, also Narutoget.net works for all the new episodes of Naruto Shippuden. Therefore, the IE on xbox, really needs to have Flash, or its pretty useless for me.

I am part of the said beta, which has a NDA and we both just Broke it :fa: :p
But its good and bad, I like the new features but they still aint added sharing music and stuff with Windows 8
