I already have a PS3 but I wanna play the exclusive games like Minecraft and Halo 4. If the Xbox 720 were to be released next Christmas, then it would be a complete waste of money, but if it gets released not until Christmas 2014, then it kinda wouldn't be a waste since I would be using it for almost 2 years. So, should I get a 360 now, or just wait 1 or maybe even 2 years until the next-gen Xbox comes out?

Just buy a 360 they're cheap and awesome, Why wait another Year & A Half for the new Xbox.

Most people won't have the 720 also. You could probably make up with the cash within the next few years for the 720.
