Im going to give my xbox 360 back to a friend and going to use a new one,my question is i have downloaed map packs for cod 1 and 2.

if i delete the map packs then delete the user account,then hook up my new xbox and retrive my gamer tag,can i re download all my map packs on the new xbox 360

Yeah you can, from my experience, i didnt have to do any license transfers or anything, they just downloaded
