Idk if this is still working or its patched but when i had my xbox, i used to connect to xbox live using VPN as i live outside of US, so i couldnt get anything of marketplace unless i used VPN to trick the console im from Miami. It worked everytime, i just followed a tut on YT. I used Hide my ass VPN(requires connecting to xbox live through PC by using an ethernet cable) So since it gives error to the people outside of US, try using a VPN and then try getting on the page again. Theoretically it should work. Someone try this and if it works, Gambler deserves a sticky
